This pillow arrives very tightly packed and vacuum sealed. Please unwrap and the pillow will returns to its original form. Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor. For those who are very sensitive to smell it is recommended to wash it first on Regular Cycle with Cold water plus regular detergent. And dry it on medium heat.
